A SafeGuard PIN Policy was created and applied to the SafeGuard BitLocker Client that was setup with TPM+PIN protectors. Although the PIN Policy is applied to the client, the BitLocker PIN dialogue on the SafeGuard BitLocker Client does not reflect the PIN policy.
